“NCE Homes has been an amazing company to work with. Each owner and employee makes coming into the office an enjoyable experience. Before, when I worked for Snap On Tools, I ran a truck by myself and there wasn’t much communication to the other trucks and employees unless we needed a tool. Here at NCE, we are able to communicate inside and outside the office with activities like golfing on the weekends. They also have employee cookouts every few months which is always a great time for friends and family. I first discovered NCE about a month or two before they opened. A friend told me about the company and it intrigued me to reach out and see if they had any spots open for work. Within a few weeks, I was on the phones helping homeowners get their projects underway. Since I have been here, the company has grown so much with so much more potential to grow. NCE has given me many opportunities to better my lifestyle, and enjoy the things I like to do outside the office like golfing, fishing and more time with my family. I see myself with this great company for a long time to come and can’t wait to see the tremendous growth over the next few years.”
