“NCE Homes has been an amazing company to work with. Each owner and employee makes coming into the office an enjoyable experience. Before, when I worked for Snap On Tools, I ran a truck by myself and there wasn’t much communication to the other trucks and employees unless we needed a tool. Here at NCE, we are able to communicate inside and outside the office with activities like golfing on the weekends. They also have employee cookouts every few months which is always a great time for friends and family. I first discovered NCE about a month or two before they opened. A friend told me about the company and it intrigued me to reach out and see if they had any spots open for work. Within a few weeks, I was on the phones helping homeowners get their projects underway. Since I have been here, the company has grown so much with so much more potential to grow. NCE has given me many opportunities to better my lifestyle, and enjoy the things I like to do outside the office like golfing, fishing and more time with my family. I see myself with this great company for a long time to come and can’t wait to see the tremendous growth over the next few years.”

“I thought that not having a set schedule with commercial real estate would be nice but having to discover all the leads myself was a bit stressful and frustrating. With NCE, our marketing team finds majority of our leads and I have to do is run them. This has made my experience a lot more enjoyable because every day is a new experience. I’m not sitting at a cubicle doing the same exact thing day after day, and here at NCE the potential for growth is much bigger than who I have worked for before. There are many positions I can potentially move into with new branches opening, and the potential for income growth is much larger than many employment opportunities that I’ve ever seen. Coming into this company was really exciting, but I obviously had to learn the ropes because this was a new industry to me. Once I got it down, I truly started to love it because of the daily challenges that helped me to better myself as a person and professional. Working with like-minded individuals has been really rewarding, and with the family-oriented environment here at NCE, it has helped me develop great relationships that I enjoy even outside of work. My core values are treating others like you want to be treated and doing the right thing.
